Client Agreement & Fees
Compensation Adviser operates on a no-win, no-fee basis. If your claim is unsuccessful, you will not be charged. If your claim is successful, our fee is 15% + VAT of the total compensation awarded.
Typical examples: If you receive £10,000 compensation, our fee would be £1,500 + £300 VAT = £1,800. If you receive £25,000 compensation, our fee would be £3,750 + £750 VAT = £4,500.
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from today. During this time you may cancel without charge. After this period, cancellation fees may apply as set out in our Client Agreement.
